Jonny Clark grew up in different places ranging from Newport, RI to San Diego, CA. Earning an associate of science degree in computer science from Mendocino Community College in the summer of 2005; he is currently working on getting his bachelor of science degree in management information systems at California State University, Chico (CSUC). Clark started at the Center for Economic Development (CED) in February 2010, and supports the CED and Northeastern California Small Business Development Center (NECSBDC) staff with technical issues. Reporting to the Information Technology-Project Specialist on various IT projects, Clark currently is building the California SBIR website, helpdesk assistance, helping SBDC personnel with webCATs issues and is in charge of producing the monthly NECSBDC newsletter. Clark has recently given a presentation on how to obtain a website. Clark has also assisted Josh Brown in various IT related presentations. Clark has gained valuable experience on how computers function in a business environment. Computer platforms, programs, and Web based include but not limited to: Goldmine (CRM), Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2008, Windows 98 SE, XP, Vista, 7, Central Desktop, Constant Contact, SilverStripe, Symantec BackupExec, AVG Server Edition, Cisco IOS, Office 2010(Word, Excel, Outlook),Office 2010(Word, Excel, Outlook). Clark is CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified, and is working towards Cisco CCNA certification.
